Preliminary plan for the preparation of the Congress (updated and corrected in the news section published on this site):

The collection of applications for the creation of sections and panels is until March 20, 2023. The call opens on February 1.

The collection of nominations for the Congress Award is until April 10, 2023. The call opens on February 10.

The collection of individual applications is until May 15, 2023. The call is open from April 1.

Distribution of subsidies for accommodation and transport until June 5, 2023.

The final list of sections based on individual application collection will be formulated until June 10, 2023.

Sending of individual invitations until July 3, 2023. Selected participants must confirm their participation by July 17.

The preliminary program of the Congress will be published on August 15, 2023.
