Dear Colleagues,
The Organizing Committee welcomes fully-formed panel proposals for the 12th International Congress of Belarusian Studies that will take place on September 25–27 (2025) in Berlin in partnership with Humboldt University (Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin).
Panels are designed to foster lively discussions on research problems or to present findings within a wide range of research fields.
When submitting your proposal, please note that the Organizing Committee does not impose strict thematic or disciplinary restrictions, allowing members of the academic and expert community to independently define their priorities and interests.
There is no ideal number of panelists at the submission stage. However, if a panel includes many participants, it will be divided into separate panels or will be organized as a distinct section.
The Organizing Committee encourages research and expert institutions, communities, and leading scholars to contribute to defining the program of the Congress.
Panels may be submitted either as collective or individual applications. To submit your panel proposal, please complete the following online form
