The organizing committee of the International Congress of Belarusian Studies is pleased to announce the opening of the Call for Nominations for the outstanding scientific publication Award in the field of Social Sciences and Humanities during the calendar year 2020.

The Award aims to recognize outstanding achievements in Social and Political Sciences and Humanities, to encourage academic research in these fields and improve its quality.

We invite the representatives of the academic community to nominate significant scientific publications, in order to promote the achievements of the Belarusian academia and to reward its researchers.

Please send your proposals for nominations before April 11, 2021 to premija@palityka.org.

The Award ceremony will take place at the 9th International Congress of Belarusian Studies in Kaunas (Lithuania) on October 2, 2021. Further details will be announced soon.

The Award is sponsored by the Belarusian Charitable Trust (London) and the Kipieĺ family (USA).

The Award will be given to the best representatives of three different categories:
- History;
- Humanities;
- Social Sciences: Political Science and Sociology

A separate competition will be held for scientific monographs and articles.
