The organizing committee is pleased to announce the call for fully-formed panels for the 9th International Congress of Belarusian Studies (ICBS) to be held in Kaunas (Lithuania) on October 1-3, 2021.

Panels are intended to generate lively discussions on specific research problems or to present findings within specific disciplines or research fields. The organizing committee will not set precise thematic or disciplinary restrictions: the representatives of the academic and expert community are invited to express their own priorities and interests.

There is no limit on the number of members in the panel discussion during the submission phase. In case of broad participation, the proposed panels will be divided into separate sections.

The organizing committee encourages research institutes and communities, as well as leading scholars to contribute to identifying the thematic priorities of the Congress.

The committee welcomes submissions from individuals, groups, and organizations.
