Preliminary timeline of the Congress (updates will be posted in the news section of this website):

1. Submission of fully-formed panel proposals: from February 1 to March 20, 2022;

2. Submission of nominations for the Congress Award: from February 10 to April 10, 2022;

3. Submission of individual applications: from Аpril 1 to May 15, 2022;

4. Provision of accommodation and transportation allowances: by June 5, 2022;

5. Definition of the final list of panels based on the collection of individual applications – by June 10, 2022;

6. Sending of individual invitations: by June 25, 2022. Confirmation of participation is needed by July 10, 2022;

7. Publication of the preliminary program of the Congress: August 5, 2022.
