Results of the Congress

The 10th jubilee International Congress of Belarusian Studies has passed. Formal results can be summarized.

First of all, despite all the complexities of the political situation inside Belarus and in the region, the Congress took place. A total of 311 researchers and experts participated, of which 102 participated online.

We also offer some statistics (calculated by the participants who made reports).

Distribution by country: Belarus - 39.9%, Poland - 20.9%, Ukraine - 12.5%, Lithuania - 7.7%, Germany - 4%.

Academic degrees: doctors of science and habil. doctors - 18.7%, candidates and PhD - 42.1%, masters - 30%.

Languages ​​spoken: Belarusian - 50.4%, Russian - 20.7%, English - 12%, Ukrainian - 10%, Polish - 6%.

Gender: women – 45%, men – 55%.
