Dear Colleagues!

In the previous public address, we reported on the difficult situation that arose with the funding of the Congress, in connection with which a difficult decision was made to transfer several sections of the Congress (cultural orientation) to the online mode. This decision caused a public debate and a wave of support towards the Organizing Committee.

We are sincerely grateful to everyone who offered help because it turned out that the Congress is an important event for Belarusian science, for Belarusian society, for our community.

We would like to inform you that we are currently negotiating for support that will allow us to get all sections back to normal. We apologize that the situation has developed in such a complicated way, but we also hope for the resumption of work of all sections and panels, as it was originally planned.
